Our terms of sale apply to group bookings, private hire of our spaces, seminars, receptions, brunches and related services. They are provided with every quote. They are drafted in French, and only the French version is legally binding: read the full text on the French page or download the PDF. Our events team (evenementiel@larcheangers.fr) is happy to walk you through the key points in English: quote valid 30 days, 30 % deposit on signature, final guest count 7 to 10 days before the event, cancellation fees of 30 % more than 7 days before and 100 % within 7 days, one free postponement if requested more than 30 days ahead.
