L'Arche occupies a building steeped in history, a stone's throw from the Château d'Angers. You climb up for the view and the light, sit down for seasonal cooking, and after dark go down for a cocktail spoken in a low voice. Every floor has its own hour.

The speakeasy beneath L'Arche
A discreet door, a staircase, and the city disappears. La Crypte is an intimate cocktail bar, open Thursday from 6 pm to midnight, Friday and Saturday from 6 pm to 2 am. Every creation is named after a place in Angers, from the Logis Royal to the Ramparts. Regularly, the vault comes alive: jam sessions, artists, parties.
From Sunday to Wednesday, La Crypte can be hired privately: piano, stage and sound system for your evenings.
